Being able to pull a cable in several directions is not functional in itself. It becomes functional when you can pull at the speed at which we actually move. This machine is built to be faster than the fastest human being, so any movement can be trained properly, at any speed, in any direction.

This version includes the floor mount base plate (model 3020). The Functional Trainer must always be bought together with a base - free-standing or floor-mounted.
