Keiser strength equipment is powered by air resistance, which makes it lighter and quieter than iron-based machines. Compressed air reaches the machines through Keiser's air supply system, whose trim and outlets adapt to any layout.

The large compressor is built to work behind the scenes, away from the exercise area, and to last. It includes a dryer unit that supplies the machines with dry air.

• Stainless steel plates mount flush with walls, making air outlets as inconspicuous as electrical outlets

Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance

Keiser's Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth, consistent force curve at any training speed. Each machine has its own resistance curve, tuned for the muscles used in that particular exercise. For the user it means training at maximum efficiency at whatever speed they work.
