Custom Design
As an alternative to our standard colors, you can opt for the Custom Design option on the kBox Pro when requesting a quote, where you may specify any design of your choice, such as photographic images of your sport, or logotypes and colors of your team, or whatever pattern suits your facility or home. Up to one hour’s design work is included from our team to help you realize the desired customizations you are looking for, including revisions to help perfect the results, the intellectual property rights of which will be retained by Exxentric. However we reserve the right to disapprove of designs that may be in conflict with our brand or values but in such situations we’ll of course reimburse you for the cost of the Custom Design. Whatever Custom Design you chose, your Satisfaction Guarantee is still valid for your kBox Pro Platform. However this does not extend to the additional cost of the Custom Design.
