Keiser A250 Standing Hip
The machine athletes reach for most often: it combines hip flexion, extension, adduction and abduction. A split platform keeps the foot from striking the base during a swing.
Arched support bars carry separate resistance controls for forward or sideways positioning and give the leg more clearance on high swings. As with every Keiser machine, the essential difference is that you can train as fast as you are able.
