Keiser A400 Standing Hip
The A400 Standing Hip combines hip flexion, extension, adduction and abduction in a single machine. A split platform keeps the foot from striking the base during a swing, and separate resistance controls on the arched support bars allow forward or sideways positioning with extra clearance for high swings.
Instead of iron weights, the low-inertia design gives smooth, controlled resistance. The machine suits every fitness level.

Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
Keiser's Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth, consistent force curve at any training speed. Each machine has its own resistance curve, tuned for the muscles used in that particular exercise. For the user it means training at maximum efficiency at whatever speed they work.
