Keiser A300 Leg Press
The lower body carries and moves us and holds the largest amount of muscle mass. To load that mass efficiently, the A300 Leg Press has a higher foot plate: it increases hip flexion and decreases knee flexion, so the glutes work hardest at the start of the movement.
Less knee flexion reduces shearing forces and so protects the knees. Separate foot plates allow each leg to be trained independently - the way the body actually works.
Key benefits
- Unilateral movement - each limb can be trained symmetrically
- Increased resistance range for more intense functional workouts
- Smooth Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
- Fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of users
- Bilateral movement for body symmetry training
- Large digital display with resistance and counted repetitions
Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
Keiser's Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth, consistent force curve at any training speed. Each machine has its own resistance curve, tuned for the muscles used in that particular exercise. For the user it means training at maximum efficiency at whatever speed they work.
