A half rack above all saves floor space. The foot-operated resistance control found on the Power Rack and the long-base half rack is here in a shortened form.

You get the explosiveness of the Keiser system on a smaller footprint. With the A400 line technology it tracks performance in real time and syncs with the Keiser Metrics App. The 9' version is taller than the eight-foot one.
